A security deposit equivalent to the monthly rent charge is required at the time your lease begins. So, if you rent a 10×10 unit you will initially pay a $55 security deposit plus the $55 rental cost. The security deposit(s) will be returned at the end of the lease after it's been confirmed no damage has be done to the unit(s) and no rent is past due.
Shipping containers take a bit of strength to get into, unlike a normal roll-up storage unit. Please ask to see one prior to renting if you aren't familiar with accessing one.
